Job Title: Assistant Minister

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Minister to join our team at Tabernaculo Biblico Bautista El Redentor. As a key member of our religious community, you will play a vital role in supporting our congregation and promoting spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meaningful religious services that inspire and uplift our community.
  • Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals, with sensitivity and compassion.
  • Provide administrative support to our religious community, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Offer spiritual guidance and mentorship to members of our faith community, helping them navigate life's challenges.
  • Supervise and develop programs of religious education, fostering a deeper understanding of our faith.
  • Represent our church in humanitarian endeavors, social services, and welfare activities, promoting our values and mission.
  • Deliver sermons and talks that promote spirituality and inspire personal growth.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong team player mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
