About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and actively engaging our clients to live increasingly independent lives. Your duties will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to individuals with various life goals
  • Accompanying clients on community outings, including volunteering, employment, and leisure activities
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and goal progression

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about person-centered support and has a strong understanding of the importance of active support. To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Class 5 driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • A First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A clear criminal record (paid by CLS)
  • A clean driver's abstract
