Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Advance Passion Beauty Boutique.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, providing basic information and answering questions.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate work records, logs, and invoices, as well as receive and issue payments.
  • Telephone Support: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and teamwork.
Work Environment:

Our salon operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our salon.

Work Hours:

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
