Human Resources Director

At SIMPLEX HR INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our strategic talent management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and manage training and development programs to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Employee Engagement and Development: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote employee engagement, and advise senior management on HR-related matters.
- Workplace Health and Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work ConditionsThis is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
