Role OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and caring for mothers and newborns in the Labour and Delivery unit;
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current certificate of registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario;
- Recent experience in Labour and Delivery, including antenatal and intrapartum care, Caesarean Section, and Post-Partum care;
- Demonstrated assessment and communication skills;
- A strong commitment to best practice, nursing standards, and lifelong learning.
