Job Summary

LIDS is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support store operations by performing tasks such as processing shipments, counting inventory, and maintaining store appearance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
