About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Mortgage Automator. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to produce high-quality leads
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to design and manage workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing programs
  • Implement marketing automation solutions to execute and track omnichannel campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements
  • Oversee the implementation and management of various marketing platforms, including email marketing tools, social media management tools, and PPC platforms
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and generates leads
  • Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and fit
  • Segment leads and create targeted marketing campaigns to nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, lead handoff processes, and feedback loops
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing ROI
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience and proficiency in all aspects and channels of Marketing
  • Strong automation experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics

Position Status
