About the Role

The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business growth and decision-making at Omnicom Media Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed and accurate financial reporting to the business and finance teams.
  • Ensure that information in the budgeting and planning system (TM1) is complete, accurate, and entered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly revenue and budgeting reporting processes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of OMG's revenue models and sources.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting as required for External and Internal Audits.
Requirements
  • Superior knowledge of OMG's database file structure and how each module relates to specific clients.
  • Understanding of OMG's client accounting structures within Media Ocean.
  • Ability to analyze TM1 data and follow up with managers on any queries and updates required.
  • Collaboration with the TM1 team in New York to maintain best practices and advance current financial processes.
  • Proficient in Media Ocean, D365, TM1, and HFM.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Understanding of accounting procedures and principles.
