Job Summary

The LifeSpa Coordinator at Life Time is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Answer incoming calls and greet members in a friendly and professional manner
    • Schedule appointments and service members in a timely and efficient manner
    • Convert inquiries into appointments and provide information on LifeSpa products and services
  • Service Delivery
    • Explain LifeSpa products, services, and treatments to members and assist them in determining their individual needs
    • Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services
    • Complete outgoing confirmation calls and schedule appointments
  • Operational Support
    • Use required safety devices to comply with company safety rules
    • Assist the Department Head with filing and other office duties as needed

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Certifications
    • CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions
    • Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Requirements

  • 1 year of receptionist experience
