PRGX Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Audit Professional to join our team. As an Audit Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our audit operations by investigating and analyzing specific vendors and claim types to help produce revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits using client data to identify errors and recover revenue
- Find, support, and document audit and claims operations
- Produce claims and update claims management systems
- Bill claims to clients and review contracts, agreements, and paperwork
- Inspect and evaluate client financial information and provide vendors with claim back-up information
- Packaging claims for vendors and/or clients and conducting buyer, contract, and document pulls as required
- Provide support for the audit team and actively contact vendors as part of the claim production process
- Analyze and assess problems regarding client's claims procedure and business operations based on appropriate audit concepts
- Produce number and dollar volume of claims goals as defined by team leader and/or management
- Adhere to the overall timing and deadline of an audit cycle
- College Diploma specializing in finance, accounting, business, economics, or other related fields
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in an office environment
- Computer proficiency in Excel and/or Access is a must; database knowledge (dbase or SQL environment) is preferred
- Ability to identify and solve problems; strong mathematical acumen is preferred
- Experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable, merchandising, buying, or audit is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
