About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team at GoSecure. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our IT security professionals to manage customers, quality, budget, and efforts associated with projects related to our professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post-sales customer service and support;
  • Planning and overseeing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initiation to closure;
  • Ensuring completeness in a timely fashion and within budget;
  • Managing customers' expectations and ensuring customers' satisfaction with GoSecure services;
  • Executing and supporting deployments and best practices coaching for customers;
  • Liaising with account managers and accounting teams to establish onboarding timelines and deliverables for new clients;
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner;
  • Executing daily customer support tasks, including deployments, health checks, and reporting;
  • Tracking support level and customer satisfaction metrics;
  • Ensuring support SLA targets are being achieved and exceeded;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve metrics and team efficiency based on reporting and analytics;
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, issues logs, and status reports;
  • Advocating and monitoring customer requests/issues cross-departmentally;
  • Developing and implementing a centralized system for onboarding documentation and processes;
  • Developing monthly reporting methods for assigned clients based on clients' needs and requirements;
  • Monitoring employee productivity and providing coaching for the Customer Success Team to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Contributing constructive feedback to the management team as part of the performance review process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) or a university degree in computer science or a related field;
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset;
  • Superior knowledge of the English language;
  • Knowledge of French language would be an asset;
  • 2 years of professional experience in project management or a relevant domain;
  • High interest in learning about cybersecurity topics, such as ethical hacking, managed services, and security architecture;
  • Knowledge of concepts and sensitivity to IS/IT security and network security software and appliances would be an asset.
