About the Role

As an AZ Driver at Stage Windows & Doors, you will play a critical role in contributing to our success by delivering custom-built products directly to high-volume customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, detail-oriented, and excellent driving skills with associated licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and operate a commercial truck with patented lift mechanisms to load and unload skids at customer locations in a safe manner following internal protocols, training procedures, and customer rules.
  • Perform and log daily pre and post-trip inspections of commercial vehicles and lift.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers upon each delivery.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed according to the schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness of truck keeping it free from debris inside and out.
  • Analyze current and established procedures and make suggestions to the supervisor on process improvements.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety procedures during every aspect of the role.
  • Partner with the Department Supervisor to provide status updates and progress reports as needed.

  • Reliable and strong team player collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, loading and unload the vehicle.
  • Ability to operate the vehicle effectively and safely.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
