Insurance and Financial Services Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance and Financial Services Advisor to join our dynamic team at Charon Clute Insurance Agency Inc. As an Insurance and Financial Services Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and guidance on insurance and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance and financial needs
- Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance and financial services to customers
- Work closely with the agent and other team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- OTL or RIBO and/or LLQP License preferred but not required at the time of interview
- OTL will need to be obtained prior to start date at applicant cost with employer reimbursement after meeting set employment criteria
- LLQP will be required within 3 months of employment start date
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive in problem-solving and ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver's license required
