About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installation Specialist to join our team at Bask Pro Inc. As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy efficiency and comfort of our clients' buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation techniques.
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials to ensure a safe and durable building envelope.
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment to access and work on building exteriors.
Work Environment

As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures, humidity levels, and noise levels. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to work on-site, traveling to various locations as needed.
