**Job Description:**
The Process Technician plays a crucial role in supporting manufacturing and general operations at Prollenium Medical Technologies Inc., reporting directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure adherence to GMP and ISO13485 quality systems
- Clean room operations, including line clearance and clean-up
- Installation, operation, and qualification of manufacturing equipment, including filling lines, mixing, and sterilization
- Participate in process validation activities, problem-solving, quality improvement drives, and process improvement projects
- Operate production processes, such as formulation, milling, dialyzing, degassing, filling, and sterilizing products according to master batch instructions
- Maintain equipment, perform calibration, corrective maintenance, document files, and manage inventory
- Develop SOPs and manufacturing documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials and machine issues, and troubleshoot when necessary
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Participate in weekly operations meetings
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Technical Knowledge/Experience:
- Three-year college diploma in a scientific field and 1-year work experience in a GMP/GLP or ISO compliant environment in manufacturing, QC, QA, R&D, or other technical functions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in Clean Room environments
