Job Title: Construction Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Crane Operator to join our team at Next Power Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Crane Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including cranes, to lift, move, and place materials and equipment on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy machinery, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate cranes to lift, move, and place materials and equipment on construction sites
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working with heavy equipment
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Work Environment:

The Construction Crane Operator will work on construction sites, which may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations.
