Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reports and case histories to track client progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Implement life skills workshops and provide education on healthy coping mechanisms and addiction recovery.
- Assess clients' needs and eligibility for specific services, ensuring they receive the support they require.

- Develop and coordinate the delivery of services within the community, working closely with local organizations and stakeholders.
- Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

- Certifications in Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification, Developmental Services Worker (DSW) Training, Intensive Behavioural Intervention Certification, and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) Training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of addiction and substance abuse, with the ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
