Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of public-facing web experiences that meet or exceed user expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Inform design decisions with user research and usability testing.
  • Optimize user journeys using data, experimentation, and testing.
  • Champion best practices in usability, information architecture, and interaction design.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of UX design experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX and visual design expertise.
  • Expertise designing and prototyping in Figma.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, analytics) and accessibility standards.
  • Comfort with experimentation, data analysis, and iterative optimization.
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
