Job Title: Sales Team Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Associate to join our team at Mobile Pro.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and assisting with sales transactions. Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit card, or cheque payments while maintaining a high level of security and integrity.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote and advertise products, sales, or services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Data Entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring seamless transactions and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise effectively, creating visually appealing store displays that attract customers.
  • Pricing and Quotations: Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates for products and services, providing accurate and transparent information to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train on the job, so no prior experience is required.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
