About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Taxi Operator to join our team at A City Limos Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for passengers.
  • Pick up passengers and transport them to their desired destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide basic tourist information to enhance their experience.
  • Collect fares and record transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle complaints or difficult passengers professionally.
  • Drive employers and clients to and from destinations as required.
Requirements
  • Municipal taxi driver permit
  • Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E)
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
