Job Description
The Assistant Program Manager will play a key role in the development of age-appropriate functional living skills and increased independence in the completion of tasks of daily living among other essential goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field required
- 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required
- One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
- MUST be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
Schedule and Training
- 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
- Schedule: Proceeding orientation, the shift for this position is 3PM - 11PM
