Senior Corporate Attorney

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum

We're seeking an experienced General Counsel to join our team and provide strategic legal guidance as we continue to drive the future of the built environment.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the legal framework behind projects that define cities and push the boundaries of construction. As a Senior Corporate Attorney, you'll direct and coordinate activities of business organizations within our family of companies to protect their legal interests.

1. Analyze risks faced by the corporation and ensure they're managed through legal efforts or business practices.
2. Prepare business contracts, leases, purchase orders, and related documents to meet company guidelines and legal parameters.
3. Represent the corporation in litigation and other legal proceedings.
4. Develop training materials on legal topics for corporate directors, management, and employees.
5. Customize legal advice with an understanding of our company culture, business processes, goals, and bargaining position.

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota (or other state appropriate for our activities).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal documents.
• Proficient with Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
