Food Service Supervisor

Valemount Sub Corp is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team of food service professionals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all inventory is properly managed and accounted for.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that all financial aspects of the business are properly managed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: On-site customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
