Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Saskatchewan River Bungalows. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort's rooms and common areas.

Hours:

30 to 44 hours per week

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

Will train or equivalent experience

Work Setting:

Our resort offers staff accommodation, room and board, and a remote location. Relocation costs are covered by the employer.

Tasks:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
Transportation/Travel Information:

Own transportation is required, and public transportation is available.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding activities. Attention to detail is essential.

Weight Handling:

Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
