Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Brar Homes Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment:

Our team works in various locations, and you will be required to work under pressure with tight deadlines. You will be handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.
