Responsibilities- Manage and maintain facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement effective schedules for staff and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; equivalent experience also accepted.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently are necessary.
- A competitive salary range: $43,000 - $55,000 annually based on location and experience.
