We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Enrichment Supervisor to join our team at Verve Senior Living. As a Life Enrichment Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
You will work collaboratively with the Life Enrichment Manager to create a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and implement programs that meet the needs and preferences of our residents.
- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Manager to develop and implement new methods and policies aimed at improving leisure lifestyles and promoting positive and active retirement living.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident participation, program evaluations, and departmental activities.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff through clear communication and respect for confidentiality.
