Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to renovation and construction, including measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Steel-toed safety boots and tools.
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
- Reliability, accuracy, and teamwork skills.
The successful candidate will work on various construction sites, including residential and commercial projects. The work environment will be fast-paced, and the candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule will be 40 to 44 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
