Competitive Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $33 to $37 per hour, as well as extraordinary benefits, including medical, holiday pay, vacation pay, and profit-sharing for craftsmanship. You will also receive company-paid uniforms, gas cards for the company vehicle, and the use of a company vehicle for work purposes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience performing HVAC equipment maintenance, repair, and/or installation tasks.
  • A valid driver's license to ensure reliable transportation to job sites.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A valid HVAC technician license or certification (e.g., EPA 608 Certification) to demonstrate your expertise.

Schedule and Location

As a Service & Maintenance Technician at Trust Home Comfort Ltd., you will work a full-time schedule, spanning 40 hours per week. However, our commitment to customer satisfaction may require occasional weekend and overtime work.
