Job Summary

AAA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Method Agent to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for evaluating, elaborating, and writing production and manufacturing workbooks that meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain work instructions for the production of industrial products, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Evaluate production costs and execution times for each task, optimizing implementation deadlines and production means.
  • Ensure follow-up of various files, including instructions compliance, technical answers, non-compliances, and procedures.
  • Participate in the selection of manufacturing methods and improvement of production tools, providing technical assistance and resolving problems.
  • Act as a technical interface between the Production and Engineering teams, ensuring a continuous improvement of existing production processes.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to execute technical solutions, addressing modifications and changes requests in writing.
  • Conduct progress evaluations and inform supervisors of any non-compliance or major issues.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma of College Studies or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in the aeronautics field, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems, Catia V5, and SAP.
  • Strong priority management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under short deadlines.
  • Capacity to plan internal and external needs, with a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
