The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to join our team at Guardian Hamilton. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will foster lasting relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a professional team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
  • Foster lasting relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in our care.
  • Develop a culture of quality and safety that makes Guardian the centre of choice in your community.
  • Contribute to Guardian's mission by making your centre financially sustainable and investing in high-quality education for young children across Australia.
Requirements
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre.
  • Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Budget and financial accountability experience.
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, along with a valid Working with Children check.
