Master Baker

COBS Bread is a leading bakery chain offering a wide variety of freshly baked bread, pastries, and other sweet treats.

The estimated salary for this position is $15 per hour. Our benefits package includes health care plan to ensure our employees' well-being.

We are seeking an experienced Master Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies.

You will also train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, prepare special orders, and draw up production schedules.

Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products meets established standards.

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in baking
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Able to work on site at a physical location with no option to work remotely
