Global Integration Specialist for a Healthcare Leader

Our client, a leading global healthcare solutions provider, has engaged ROSS to help them recruit an Integration Specialist. ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions complemented by leading-edge open-source HRIS software.

You will use your knowledge of software and industry-standard protocols to successfully implement and integrate our client's software solutions. You will be responsible for the remote installation and implementation of new installs, upgrades, and any other task requiring professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and consultation on the implementation and integration of post-General Technical Releases (GTR).
  • Analyze customer needs and develop site-specific workflow requirements for software configuration.
  • Identify proactive strategies for integration development that are aligned with corporate goals and customer needs, and implement.
  • Deliver projects on time and according to specifications.
  • Communicate technical details and project status to Project Managers, customers, and Integration Team.
  • Research and manage sensitive technical issues encountered during the deployment process.
  • Maintain close contact and share knowledge with the regions, knowledge centers, sales organizations, and service departments.
  • Review and provide input on product documentation.
  • Review and provide input on internal processes, in order to continue to build efficiencies.
  • Report any product or documentation issues.
  • Ensure that Implementation and Integration cases are documented and all processes and checklists are followed.
  • Attend our client's product-training, underlying technologies courses, and maintain an expert working knowledge of targeted products and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years previous work experience in the healthcare industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of Hospital Workflows.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Standards HL7, IHE, DICOM.
  • Knowledge of Programming Languages VB/ASP, VB.NET, HTML, XML.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux.
