About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Data Modeler to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data integration and translation initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality data.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, leveraging expertise in data mining, segmentation techniques, and database design.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable data requirements, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement data migration strategies to cloud-based platforms, ensuring efficient data movement and interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain analytical data sets, utilizing expertise in data warehousing architecture, business intelligence, and data processing languages.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling, with a strong background in data mining, segmentation techniques, and database design.
  • Proven expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong SQL skills, knowledge of RDBMS and Data lake concepts, with hands-on experience in SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Postgres.
  • Strong knowledge of data processing languages, such as SQL, Python, or Scala.
