About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Value Liquor Hub. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and ensure that all merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
