MUIZ GRAPHICS INC. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports to management, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient production.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee the safety of operations, and recommend personnel actions to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support production needs.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up machines and equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of production staff, and review their performance to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Productivity and Quality: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as required by the production process.
  • Heavy Lifting: Handle heavy loads as required by the production process.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
