Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance Management to join our team at TD Bank. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC compliance programs across the organization.
  • Lead a team of compliance professionals in the delivery of risk management and regulatory compliance services.
  • Provide strategic direction on risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and implement risk management and regulatory compliance strategies.
  • Manage and oversee the development of risk management and regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
