Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Support Specialist to join our team at Hardeep Grewal. As a valued member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role

This permanent position involves working 32 hours per week, providing assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including assisting clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Assist clients with feeding, preparing and serving nutritious meals.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in regular exercise, such as walks.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • A minimum of 1 month of experience in a related field.
  • Punjabi language proficiency.
Work Environment

You will be working in a non-smoking environment, and may have the opportunity to live-in on a voluntary basis.
