About the Role

PASWAL TRANSPORT LTD is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with maintenance of communications equipment, keep track of shipments, and follow up on issues with work orders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player with efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and client-focused.
