Bakery Production Specialist Job Description

Goulding's Wholesale Limited is seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare special orders
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Perform general labouring duties
  • Package products
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
