About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join our team at Mintu Electronics Inc. as an Electrical Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Fitting: Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Electrical Control Devices: Fit electrical control devices into switchboards and panelboards.
  • Wiring and Connections: Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards.
  • Quality Control: Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards.
  • Production Monitoring: Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems.
  • Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust production machineries/tools.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and order office supplies as needed.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid work environment with a fast-paced environment and physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work in a team and have strong communication skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical assembly and fitting.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
