Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Trainer to join our team. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering our pre-defined Daily Workout to members, providing personal attention, and motivating individuals to reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members with enthusiasm and energy as they enter the studio
  • Deliver the Daily Workout to members, ensuring a safe and effective experience
  • Provide personal attention to all members, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Motivate and encourage members to reach their fitness goals, fostering a sense of community and accountability
  • Understand and utilize our PULSE heart rate technology to enhance member experiences
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment
  • Clean and tidy the facility, including the workout space, administrative area, and bathroom/changing rooms
  • Perform administrative duties, such as handling telephone inquiries and responding to messages
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of or currently active in kinesiology degree
  • Experience in kickboxing, boxing, MMA, Tae Kwon Do, or Karate
  • Personal Training certification
