Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to designated equipment sets in our front and back end operational areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and chemical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance to designated equipment sets, including tracking tool status, maintaining documentation, sourcing and managing tool spares inventory, and creating and updating preventative maintenance procedures and data collections.
  • Interface with equipment vendors and work effectively with operations and engineering teams to address short- and long-term process issues.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team environment to provide effective support throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior members of the equipment maintenance team and transfer PM tasks to operations staff.
  • Provide emergency coverage and support as necessary, and troubleshoot issues with designated tools.
Requirements
  • Relevant Technical Diploma/Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and chemical systems, with RF systems knowledge and vacuum system knowledge an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and clean room familiarity an asset.
Benefits

Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
