Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Triple N Triple E Holdings Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food, labor, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated properly.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Marketing: Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Physical Demands: The Restaurant Operations Manager will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
