About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at Greatland Farms LTD. as a Farm Laborer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform greenhouse cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Mix and apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to optimize yields
  • Conduct regular weeding and fertilization tasks to prevent crop damage
  • Harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure quality and freshness
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
  • Hire and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Perform general farm duties as required to maintain a smooth operation
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
