About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Image Associates Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, safety engineering, or environmental health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure EHS compliance across six sites, including five in the US and one in Canada.
- Foster an incident and accident-free workplace through education, coaching, and training.
- Analyze and take corrective action on accidents involving people or property.
- Create and monitor safety and accident prevention statistics.
- Manage accident investigations and reporting.
- Assist with workers' compensation reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or Environmental Health and Safety.
- Thorough knowledge of all applicable regulations.
- Knowledge of Title V permits, air permits, hazardous waste management, and environmental reporting requirements.
- Excellent skills with MS Office tools for writing reports, communication, and data analysis.
- Some knowledge of Behavior Based Safety programs.
