Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned occupational therapy professional to lead our clinical team. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily practice of our occupational therapists, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of occupational therapists to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and service.
- Develop and implement assessment and treatment protocols to ensure that our clients receive the most effective and efficient care.
- Document review and quality assurance to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our services are integrated and aligned with the needs of our clients.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to provide the highest level of care and service.
Requirements
- Masters degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in a leadership role in occupational therapy
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage workload pressures
- Knowledge of community and partners
