Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of product to meet customer needs and improve productivity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and training capable front-line union and non-union employees to lead teams of frontline warehouse employees to fulfill customer orders while ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading team members to achieve performance standards including Dynamic Picking and Safety and Regulatory management.
  • Training and coaching frontline employees on setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing and rewarding good performance.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of warehouse operations, including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, settlement, and Ministry of Transportation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, warehousing, or operations experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite.
