Job Title: Sales Lot Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Sales Lot Attendant to join our team at Porsche, a luxury automotive retailer in North York, ON. This is a long-term contract of at least 1-year with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify receipt of new vehicles delivered to the dealership and park vehicles in the lot, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Deliver and pick up vehicle licensing, receive and release inventory from Transport Companies, and compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
  • Assign stock control numbers to cards, inspect vehicles for damage, and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Perform daily inspection of the lot for unlocked vehicles, maintain showroom vehicles and demos for cleanliness, and ensure the lot is arranged, organized, and free from litter and debris.
  • Record customer concerns and pass them on to the correct contact person, and prepare and review reports.
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada.
  • Valid and current Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Experience as an auto detailer.
  • Ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • People-focused and passionate about providing great customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High School diploma.
  • Must be minimum 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
