Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing excellent service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for our members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming members warmly, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Sales and Member Management: Sell memberships and assist with membership management to support our business goals.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS and First Aid/CPR-A&AED certifications required.
